Desafio dos 5 segundos

1. PROMOTION

The “5-Second Challenge” promotion is carried out exclusively by the Spoleto – Floripa Shopping store and has a recreational nature, with no element of chance or lottery. The challenge is based solely on the participant’s skill and precision.

2. PARTICIPATION

2.1. Participation is exclusive to customers of the Spoleto store at Floripa Shopping.

2.2. Customers may participate only after the order has been paid for and once it is already in production.

2.3. To participate, the customer must present the purchase receipt, which will be mandatorily verified or stamped by a store employee, thereby invalidating any further attempt using the same receipt.

2.4. Participation must take place immediately after payment. The use of receipts issued more than 15 (fifteen) minutes earlier is expressly prohibited.

2.5. Each receipt entitles the customer to one single attempt only, and no repetition, additional chances, or reuse will be allowed.

3. THE CHALLENGE

3.1. The participant must start the timer by pressing the button on the electronic device provided by the store.

3.2. The objective of the challenge is to stop the timer at exactly 05:00.00 seconds (five seconds and zero milliseconds), as displayed on the LED panel.

3.3. No margin of tolerance will be accepted, whether above or below the target time. The time must be exactly 05:00.00.

3.4. If the participant fails to stop the timer at the exact stipulated time, the attempt will be considered unsuccessful, with no right to a new attempt.

4. REFUND

4.1. If the participant successfully completes the challenge, they will be entitled to a full refund of the amount shown on the receipt, limited to a maximum of R$150.00 (one hundred and fifty Brazilian reais).

4.2. The refund will be issued exclusively via PIX, within 02 (two) business days after the information has been validated.

4.3. To enable the refund, the winner must mandatorily send the following to the store’s official WhatsApp account:

A selfie of the winner with the LED panel visible in the background showing the exact time

A clear photo of the purchase receipt

Full name

PIX key for the refund

4.4. Failure to submit all required information may result in the loss of the right to the refund.

5. USE OF IMAGE

5.1. By sending the selfie to the store’s WhatsApp account, the winner authorizes, free of charge and on an irrevocable and irreversible basis, the use of their image for the promotion of the campaign on social media, promotional materials, and the store’s digital channels, with no additional compensation.

6. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF THE PROMOTION

6.1. The store may deactivate, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time, without prior notice, including but not limited to the following situations:

Technical issues with the equipment

Device maintenance

High customer volume

Operational situations that compromise the regular operation of the store

6.2. The suspension or termination of the promotion does not give rise to any right to compensation or indemnification for customers.

7. GENERAL PROVISIONS

7.1. Participation in this promotion implies full and unrestricted acceptance of all the terms and conditions set forth in this regulation.

7.2. Any omissions or situations not expressly provided for herein shall be analyzed and decided exclusively by the store’s management.

7.3. This regulation will be available via QR Code at the promotion site and may be consulted at any time.
